When did you last properly switch off? If you’re worn out, stuck in the same loop, or quietly craving time that is simply your own, consider this your invitation to step outside the everyday.
Our gatherings bring people together for connection, community and shared experience. Each one creates a calm, unhurried space where the to-do list can wait, where tension eases, balance returns, and your thinking clears.
Held under the open sky, each gathering is also a chance to reconnect with what has been there all along: the ground beneath your feet, the stars overhead, the birdsong and open air we walk past every day without really seeing. Through practical methods, shared stillness and coherent intention, we create the conditions for deeper awareness and meaningful connection, within yourself, with each other, and with the wider world around us.

Sky Watch Gatherings
Gather beneath the open night sky for an evening of stargazing, stillness and sound. As the bowls resonate under the stars, we settle into shared presence and collective awareness, expanding perception and reconnecting with something far bigger than ourselves.

Walking Group
Move, breathe and connect on gentle group walks through nature. A grounding way to build community, clear the mind and share presence, with moments of stillness and sound woven in along the way.
Now once a month at Woody Point Jetty. Starting November 2026, join our free community social walk on a Saturday morning — the first gathering is Saturday 21 November, then Saturday 19 December, at 7:00am. For location details and what to bring, please enquire. View the location

- Our gatherings are offered free of charge, Integrated Personal Services charges no attendance fee.
- Any costs, such as campsite fees, are yours to arrange, along with your own equipment, food and personal items.
- These gatherings are designed for adults (18+).
- Our gatherings are held mostly in natural settings such as national parks, where domestic animals aren’t permitted, so we ask that pets stay at home. These areas can also carry ticks, particularly over the warmer months, and we would much rather keep your beloved animals safe and well.
